Hey guys. Anyone out there using a TS-1000? If so there’s a cheap little addition that will knock a few degrees off your small grow room temp. A 5 dollar usb desk fan wired into the harness keeps my driver nice and cool. My 2x2 grow space stays a comfortable 76 degrees.

I would assume you plugged this thing directly into an outlet and did not chop your wiring harness apart, is that correct? Can't see hacking into a wiring harness for this.
Made me think of all the electrical gremlins wired into cars with after market stereos and burglar alarms. the placement is quite clever.
Yeah... but you want the extra heat with led... seems like your cooling it away from the optimal heat for the room.... aim for 26c

I would rather run it to its own connector and not wire into that harness it self of the light.

Directing a fan at a hot driver will not change the temperature of the tent.
The heat didn't disappear, it was merely dispersed throughout the tent.
The driver will certainly run cooler which is good for longevity.
