Yeah. Now then, I MIGHT consider coughing up a few pennies for his health care if only he would go on a strict carrot & lettus diet. Oh, and a couple of hours a day on the treadmill wouldn't hurt either.
Why should any citizen be forced to pay for the medical care of another citizen who, like Moore, considers health food to be blintzes and martinis? Well, I guess the olives in the martinis DOES count as one portion of "greens." ~lol~

It's guys like you I used to take to the ditch or maybe I should say, they would make the mistake of taking me to the ditch. Everyone needs a good ass kicking once in a while, I've had my share.

i don't know what kind of stuff went on with you and the guys you hung out with in the ditch, sounds like some kind of romantic getaway, but i can take an ass kickin' as good as i can give one. quite some time ago i came to realize that sometimes you have to shut up and move on - just because you can pound someone's head into a concrete floor until he's out cold doesn't make you strong...

Did I ever admit to that, Nope, there you go with the unwarranted assumptions. I would never pound a guys head into the concrete, maybe bounce it off a couple a times if he were thinking about getting back up, but generally speaking, most of my fights were on the square where one party gave up. Not like today where the loser goes home, gets a gun and comes back and kills your ass. I treat fights like I treat cops, avoid at all costs.

I forgot that you were an ex-con. Yeah in prison, it can get plenty rough. Never been there (Thank the lord) did 15 days in county and that was enough for me. Hope I never have to go, I think at this point, if I were looking at any amount of time, I'd take the cowards way out and blow a hole in the old cabeza. Anything over 10 years would probably be a life sentence anyway, no thanks.

it's a miracle, but i managed to leave my teens with no felonies. my record was confusing enough that i did have to clear some things up with the FBI a few years ago so i could by a gun. lol
i sure did walk a tight line though, came too close to pretend that it doesn't scare me sometimes when i think back to things i did and almost did...
thank goodness for growing up!

I don't understand why some folks think we need to have a recreated universal health care system.The one we have now is fine.You know, the one where the poor, the elderly, and the disabled get all the free healthcare they want, while the middle class struggles to make ends meet.....
We already have the homeless, legal and illegal immigrants and their 7 kids , old people who need someone to talk to ,and the poor in general clogging the current system while putting nothing back in. Do we really need to make an even MORE official and MORE abused system in place? People need to go back to providing for themselves.
