Unkillable gnats!!!

okay wtf. ive beeb battling them for over a week now and it seems like theyre getting the edge no matter what i do. i use patoto slices to attract larvae and whenever i see and adult a direct shot of preythins is shot at them, and all around the soil. im gonna pick up some product that kills gnats in all stages of life

any suggestions of a good product??

also when i apply the checmical killer, would it be okay to cover the top of my medium with sand? will this help or hurt my situation??
