US based seedbanks

So, this may sound like a stupid question, so please don't jump down my throat if it is lol

I've been looking at seedbanks that are based in the US. For whatever reason, I've had issues with most international seedbanks when it comes to them accepting my payment. ILGM was the only one that actually would and I'm not all that impressed.

After looking at a few US based sites, one thing stood out to me that I haven't been able to wrap my head around, is they all have had disclaimers that say "these are hemp based seeds at .3% THC as allowed by law", but then go on to say their strains conatin "x" amount of THC on average. Frankly, that doesn't make much sense to me. What am I missing here???

Furthermore, if you could point me in the right direction of a reputable seed bank, that has quality genetics, that accepts all forms of payment, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm from a prohibition state, so stealth packaging is important too.

Happy growing!

Until Federal law changes Tap n go doesn't exist
Some shadow businesses hide the CC but for the most part banks won't support it and TBH too many potheads buy then cancel before the order arrives and claim it never did
It's a seedy business

Yeah thats kind of what I was thinking. Is there anything that you would suggest for someone like myself. I'm relatively close to non-prohibition states, so a quick road trip wouldn't be an issue...

The seeds do not contain significant levels of THC, neither do clones taken from plants in veg. THC is not found in significant levels until the plant is significantly into flower.
