Does anyone use it to water there plants again as i do and havnt seen any problems yet 10 days into 12/12View attachment 4718618
Besides obvious build up issues I don't see a problem as most growers run a warm mix. My soil mix needs some flushing at every watering. I push limits hard. And the microbes and biology benefit my other dabblings more than my obsession. Be frugal and responsible. Recycle anything within sanity. Peace through green.

I check the e.c and if any is high i wont use that but when the run off is the same as whats going in i use it again

Ran my flow run off after a magnum 350 canister filter for fish tanks entire runs after adjusting. I'm poor and feed is expensive. I'm soil after waking up. But that high EC cuts with tap water for other plants. LOL.

I'm literally just out my room thinking I'm going try it back in the tank, I've been ec/ph, ing to feed a surplus plant and its looking just fine.

I can't believe I've been wasting perfectly good nutrient and coco for feckin years :-(

My run off can be 1.6/2.0 the ph isn't to bad @ 6.6, I would at least test the ec.

I've gathered around 16/18ltr of ec 18/20 so effectively its nearer 30/35 litre, I've still got an old 50ltr res I'll need dust down I'm getting 2.8/3.5 ltrs of runn off a day.
I've got some clones coming on once they get going they'll make a dent in what I've gathered.

Sorry man I misread your post, I see it's the ph, I'd probably test it for curiosity but if you're not getting any troubles then it must be ok regardless.

I've just been adding a bit of cal mag to the waste for the outdoor plants, figured that is the one thing that is probably lower.

What does calmag actually do in layman's terms?
I've never needed it to keep a plant healthy but would there be any benefits to adding a 0.1 or 2 of calmag?

I've seen white residue scale I think it is in my trays (like a tide mark) and around the bottom of my air pot walls, does that indicate a good presence of them hence me not requiring them?
