Using both spectrums (Red/Blue) for Veg, .. Thoughts ??

Hello everyone,

iv been growin weed for around a year now, got a few crops under my name just wanted to try some different things?

do u think using a red and blue bulb during veg will harm plant or make any difference at all ? ... or shall i just stick to using blue alone for veg ?

Both spectrums are what plants receive through mother nature. I use both for flowering 600w hps and 400mh. You will see a good difference in growth with both. If you want big pants i would recommend it....if you are doing smaller plants flourescent for veg is perfect and low cost. I veg mine under flourescent for a week and then flower in my aero under the dual spectrum.

thanks for your input dude, yeah ... i will carry on using a blue and red bulb for veg, see how it goes,

then when they are ready to flower (about 1ft high), ill throw the plants in the flowering tent, ...
