Water cycle during flowering in Aeroponics

First time using aeroponics. What does everyone recommend the best watering cycle would be during flowering? How far should my 1000 watt lights be from the plants? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

well i go 1 min water on 5 minutes water off 24/7 and it works great. and for the 1000w light, it depends if it is aircooled or not, what do you plan on using?

shouldn't be any different than what you vegged with, i do 15 seconds on 5 min off. works for me & keeps the res cool not running the pump so long.

your light should be far enough away that the backside of your hand doesn't get to hot to keep it there for about 30 seconds prolly 18 inches for 1000 watt just a guess no idea what kinda circulation u have going on .

I have a real nice AC. Keeps it at about 70 degrees under the lights

drop it down around 10 inches and hold your hand under there for a lil bit, if it gets to close it will bleach them or burn them.
