Water in my closed loop storage tank

Hi Everyone,

Read your helpful posts on a regular basis, but this is the first time for me to post. I have water inside my storage tank. Does anyone have any advice on how to best remove the water and how to prevent this happening moving forward. Presently i have my tank upside down and will drain the bottom to see if water comes out. Other than that i'm not sure what to do without replacing 20lbs of butane.

I have a sieve and I never see moisture signs when I open it up. That baffles me a bit. Is there a technique to maintaining my sieve. I'm thinking this is where the problem is. I never do anything with it because the desiccants are bright blue. I run 20 lbs of material a day.... Should I be deep vacuuming my sieve during non use overenight?

Any help would be appreciated as it's affecting the quality of my crude.... ty
