Watering, Light Schedule Quick Question

Alright, so I have two seedling growing right now...one is at 2 days, the other around a week and a half. I have them going at 20-4. I started thinking this morning when I watered them if it mattered what time of day (in relation to your light schedule) your plants were watered. I mean would it be better to water them right before they go into darkness for 4 hours, or right when they wake up, or anytime in the middle. I figured that it doesnt really matter in the end, but just curious if one way was better the little plants.

I'm pretty sure morining is best, but it doesn't matter THAT much. You should be consistant about it though. plants like to keep to a schedule. whenever you water you should always water at that time. What with the 20/4? 18/6 is proven not arbitrary.

No, but I gaurantee the plant wishes that it was! The sun doesn't shine 18/6 either. The whole advantage to growing indoors is COMPLETE control over the environment.

lol, yeah, i re-read what i wrote and it sounds like im being a dick so dont think im dissing you or anything. it is good to have it routine but i was saying its not of much importance if your not always dead on.....water when u need to, check at lights on everyday if possible but if ya cant always do it right away you can do it wenever ya can

Its all good. Some people are more anal retentive than others lol. But If you CAN make every little thing just right, do it! You will be rewarded.

Thanks for the replies...I was thinking the same about rain coming and going at random, but also thinking it could make a difference being on a schedule. I will definitely start watering around the same time. I will be starting a grow journal prob tonight with daily pics if either of yall are interested. Nothing special, just a first time grow with two seeds that I got lucky and found in some pretty good dank I bought.
