Looks like a white label reseller selling for premium prices. Real or not I would not buy from them. And clicking on the buy now just takes you to ilgm.

As far as seedbanks go, I like The Seed Bazaar's non-profit angle. DarkHorse seems to be their best, though their seeds are usually in short supply. If you contact DarkHorse, for example, they don't sell seeds directly to you so they'll refer you to The Seed Bazaar.
