Weird bud structure - what's going on here?

This buds on this plant have a structure I haven’t seen before. They are also dwarfed in comparison to other plants at the same stage of growth. The hairs are sporadic, and the whole thing just looks wrong. It’s my first time running this strain, from seeds. Is it just a weird pheno? Has it been pollinated?

That's a weird one, looks like its trying to finish. I would think genetics but lets see if anyone can point it out.
 
Some of my best plants looked like that . is that cookie wreck by chance ? Treat her good she is gonna be special
 
It is definitely strange, i was gifted a monster cookies x 1024 clone that looked similar, grew like a wispy landrace sativa for 8-9 weeks then during flower bulked up with those same weird looking buds.....extremely low production but incredibly potent.
