Weird hole in stem is it bad ? What is it?

I noticed this on my stem can some one help me identify what is going or what does this mean ? Best pic I got

Looks like that node is trying to split off,interesting.Did you damage the plant there that you can remember? I would leave it alone and see what it does,gut feeling says its harmless.

From the looks of it your plant looks good, that looks like it received some damage at that time.
Don't worry about this, the plant is a weed.
