Weird mutation? Or common abnormality?

Not entirely sure of the genetic of this plant, as the seeds come from a friends clone that he grew out last year. He says the strain was Liberty Haze but not 100% sure. Just wondering if anyone has seen something like this before? Popped about 6 seeds from the same mother and this is the only one that is showing two different colors on her leaves. She is very healthy and growing stronger than the rest of the plants in the grow, and the discoloration occurred from the very beginning. I am not worried one bit about the health, or any deficiencies, just pure curiosity to see if anyone else has experienced the same discoloration!

That is nutrient deficiency. Also never grew in soil but the size of the pot/container does matter as it matures. I could be wrong but from the pics they kinda look on the small side.

These girls are currently growing in coco coir and are about 2.5 weeks old, waiting to go outdoors when I get the time to transplant. Considering the other 14 plants are under the same exact growing conditions and show no signs of nute deficiencies, what could be causing it? Even the cotyledons showed discoloration
Cheers!
