What? Help?

Does anyone know what this could be?
It happened over 24 hours,
Small black spots, almost shiny on stem. Have been there for a while and didn't worry me.
slight signs of bugs, it's an outdoor plant so nothing new.
What could this be and how can I fix it? thanks

looks like it was under waterd, then over watererd, causing dry leaves and nitrogen defficiency. looks like it was probly a dried out stick, you flooded with water, it stood back up and then you took the picture... sound about right?

Her leaves are burning up. Couldn't say why. More grow details needed.
