what is a good price for a used 400w system?

what is a good price for this system used: Digital Greenhouse 400 watt digital ballast, Sun System 400 watt 1 mh and 1 hps light bulb and a HY Maxwing Reflector. Was only used for about 6 months.

generally, a new 400w setup w bulbs and wing run about $125 (+/-)

Used, w/o an air cooled reflector? 60 bucks for the entire used setup.

I would advise against buying used. U never know what u r truely getting (condition, hrs of use, etc). And people typically want a lot for their used equipment. Look online, you can find cheap equipment with warenties. I bought 2 setups because they were so cheap (under $250 for both w/delivery!). I am using one, and keeping the other as a backup/spare.

I would purchase a new one off of Amazon with the Super Saving Shipping (free shipping). comes with Yo-Yo's, both 400watt bulbs (new/no hours), bat wing reflector, and a digital ballast. You get all of this for a great price.

I got two great harvests off of these bulbs. l also replaced them before I went int my 3rd with higher end units to cut down on the initial cost.
The ballast works nice and quiet, no issues as of yet. I am on my 7th rotation as of right now.

Build your own ballast for cheap and buy a nice top of the line bulb, DIY cool tube... best bet for good results your first toss at under 200$. Upgrade your reflector after your first harvest, and finally your ballast after that.
