They can get pollinated as soon as they get hairs really.

They hairs die off and the pod begins to swell.

However, hairs can die because of other factors.

Why are you so worried about this?

If there is a male spreading pollen in the room, then as soon as the female hairs emerge they can be easily pollinated. Remove the males before there flowers open and splurge on your fruits. Pollen can be in the grow room and stirred up by air circulation. If a male has released pollen in your grow room, it should be decontaminated before flowering fems.

Btw. No. 3 weeks from seed is to early for male to be pollinating and females to be preflowering. Faster strains might be able to but doubt it

Hello guys,

Thanks for the fast response.
I'm worried because in the room i had a pollinated female plant.
And today i read about if pollinated plant can pollinate others and it appear that it can.
And in the whole three weeks this plant was in the room.
Today i move it but i'm not sure if it is too late.
I hope my plants stay females but they have a little hairs already.

pollinated plants stay female, the only way it can pollinate other plants around it is if pollen is shaken off it and goes over to the next plant. if a males jizzes on one of your girls it doesnt turn that girl into a boy.

Just spray the pollinated plant heavily with water, then spray the other plants and give the room a bit of spraying too.

Water kills the pollen.
