Recently I found this plant where I live (I'm in Africa). I've never seen anything like this before...

What kind of plant is this? Is it worth smoking it?

Three leaf is either A) a mutation or B) ruderalis.
Im leaning toward B since its small. Worth smoking? Yes if you get much of anything off it. If it were to be a male you take that pollen and cross it into a regular female and youve got the beginings of an auto flower (the seeds of the 2 parents)

Wait till it finished flowering and try a bud. If you get high, dry it all, if not, forget about it. And yes, it might be ruderalis in which case you have nothing to do with it since you are not familiar with breeding.

Africa? I have grown plants that look similar on the states and have seen plants in the middle east look like yours as well. Like any other verity of marijuana it will smoke as good as you make it. It is true that seed strains can determine how potent you plant can be. But if you do not take the time to assit the plant then it will turn out to be mediocre smoke indeed. Your plant looks female to me. I would let it take its time to grow until she is done before I smoked her.
