What to do if the plant's are going to grow into the grow light.

I've only just learned that they can possibly even double in size during the flowering stage. My bbi's have gotten massive, how do i stop or slow down growth when i start to flower. Woke up today to them have just shit up tall overnight.. and they all crispy from the light, still in veg phase.

If your still in veg why not cut them back?

If they are at your light already and it's in veg, I'm hoping your growing in a 2ft cupboard, cuz if they are 4-5ft tall and still in veg, your in for some tall plants. They can stretch 2 or 3x their size in flower...

When I let my plants out grow my space and into my lights I then take my power trimmers and shape the plant into the shape I like then I flip to flower.
