What's a good way to preserve seeds?

...That is, if they need preserving. I've got a female going about a week into flowering. When I get seeds, I want to preserve them for a while before I begin another grow. What's the best way?
 
airtight place like a jar or something probably in your kitchen would be good enough.room temperature or below is what i would do
