whats best way to clone?

ive herd people vegging plants then taking clippings from it put the clippings into 12/12 after they root and if they turn out female jut take more clones of thta mother.

and...

people just growing plats flowering them, then as soon as they show thier sex they switch back to 18/6 then take cuttings so you know its fem.?

what do you think?
or how do you guys do it?

plz help.

i use peat pealots or jiffy 7 pellets. they have rooting hormone right in them so they are usualy rooted and showing in 7 days. you should also use a cloning gel or powder, i use olivias cloning gel.

I tried early flower to sex and never could get them to go back to veg.even when cloning you need to let the clones veg. If they go straight into flower they don't get very big. Root groth slows way down in flower. I'll see if I can find a pic.nope no good ones. I'll find my camra and get a new shot. one plant got about 12" tall the other are all about 6". Two of the 6" are bud from top to bottom. I think these would have turned out good if they went in the bubbler before they flowered.

This bubbler is so cool. these clones were broke off a flowering plant i just gave a 45 deg cut and put them in the bubbler. roots in less then 5 days. At this point I want to see how they will finish.

I used the first method, if you flower the plant then try to make it revert to veg it can stress the plant, and makes growth slow down while it tries to work ot what the fuck season it is when the lights go back to 18/6 or 24/0 or whatever.
If you take clones, let 'em root then put em in flower, by the time they show you will probably have enough new growth on the original plants to take a full batch of clones from each female.
You might not get a lot of bud from the original clones but consider it a bonus to tide you over while your real crop gets going.

That's very impressive, 100% hit rate in 5 days? Mine normally take at least a week, in a simple as you like perlite wick system that cost me less than a tenner.
How much for the bubble cloner?
Also what will you do with those now they have roots? Re-veg so they grow a bit or straight into flower?

1 2gal bucket 1 air pump some hose and two 5" air stones. i used 3/4 inch peices of 1/2 pvc. hot glued the pvc to the lid. I use filter batting and wrap the stem andthen stick in the pvc. cost about $20 biggest cost is the pump. these are going to stay in the bubbler and finish flowering. I re planted one. when these finish off I will start cloning the mom for the next grow. lol they should be cloniing now but wantedto see how these finish.I'm working on a bubble setup to grow cone to bud. I had a little problem with ph and nutelock outbutthat is fixed and evry thing seems to be working well.

If you veg them for a few months you will get good plants.this grow I have now the clones veged for about a month.

what size pots are those?

could you give me the dimensions if possible so i can fig, how many i can fit in my grow space.

these are 2gal pots. I would go 3-5 pots. I have 8 plants in a 4x4 with a 400w hps and 3-42w cfl's

should come out at least as good as mine x2. I'll tryto remember to post yeild when mine finish. Think you could use more light. Your area is going to get crowded real fast I think.

yeah it would, but i mean if each plant was like these i would be fine they should all get enough light imo. i guess i will find out =].

lets put it this way ive taken in the region of 40 clones of mothers and they have all be female due to them being a clone
