whats better 18/6 or 24/0 for vegging

my plants only been growing for 2 days one popped out the soil with 2 leaves and the other is beggining to come out i been doing 18/6 but i heard its better to do 24/0 so i plan on just switching to that because it results in bigger plants and bigger yields...is what im hearing

I'd give seedlings 24 hours of light FTW!

I give seedlings 24hrs but then switch to 18-6 for the rest of veg.

okay so switch to 18/6 when they form more leaves..??...and this aint gonna stress my plant out right??

it proven that 24hr is better but I like 18/6 I jst beleave things need to sleep.
plus it lets thing cool down too.

I personally feel that if you start with a 24/0 throughout the seedling stage. then once they get bigger switch to 20/4. > 18/6 but that's just me, theres nothing wrong with either way.
