Lately I have been on a probiotic rich diet for about 6 or 8 weeks now and I feel great.
I take dr mercola digestive enzymes and probiotics and whole husk organic psyllium fiber.
I eat a lot of greek yogurt, kombucha, rice, kefir, kimchi, and probiotic rich foods.
I take 3~4 shits a day!!
