Um...its a girl. But shes in a lot of pain.

It looks like you may have spider mites going just from the tiny white spots on your leaves. Also, she looks like she needs more of N...and P...and K.

thats a hermie, zoom in real close and look as closely as you can, I hope im wrong but im 99.999999% sure im not. you can see sacks and balls forming in pic 1, pic 2 nothing sticks out really, but pic 3 shows male bananas emerging from the plant right inbetween the pistils on the bottom right hand corner and some pretty suspicous looking sacks.

why so mean guys? just want some help thats all.
Allow me to apologize for them, they said it in a mean way. Doing some more research would benefit you, if their is anything in paticular you feel you need to know let me know and i can probally find you some good articles on it. The hermie parts are all over, circling them isnt an option on my shitty comp, none of my pic editing software works for me. I would recommend looking online at some pics of hermies and males and females so you can see what is what. That plant is full blown hermie, if it looked a little better i might advise dutchmasters reverse and saturator, but in this case i dont think that plant is worth it. I'd start some new plants asap.

To those other guys- c'mon guys, you know better than that. Constructive critisism is one thing, you guys took it too far.

To summerize, Read some more , your plants are hermied, kill them, start over. I know better than to pussify something beyond belief. 3/4 of everything you wrote was wasted filler. Sometimes a little brevity hits home much better than mothering. Yes, ctiamonte took it a bit far, but I think I was to the point but tactful. I do not apologize for anything.

thanks dark, your a very nice guy.

another question dutch, how can i detect early signs of hermie so i can use reverse?
also, what do you think cause the hermies. the only thing i can think of that i messed up was it had nutrient burn, once i left the room light on by accident, and 3 a few times the temp was at 95.
