I have a 6 plant, deep water culture hydroponic setup, but I have absolutely idea what kind of light (or lights) to use. I want the best possible outcome; my budget for the lights+electricity for my first grow is about 1000-1500 dollars. I thought about a 500w blackstar led but then was reading that's mostly only good in the flowering stage because the high red output rushes the vegging stage. Then I thought about mh but can't afford the electricity for anything above a 500w, what would that produce from 6 plants?
