what's wrong with my plant please help

Please help I have a few leafs doing whatever this is they look great color and health wise but it is starting to do disappear on the sides of the leafs

Looks very good. Don't worry about the deformed leaves, they were probably injured when there were itty bitty and healed themselves poorly, just ignore them.

They are fine. When they start turning funny colors and shriveling up, then you start to worry.

Sometimes that happens also after transplanting do to the breaking of small roots. Nothing major.
