Whats your take on this sad seedling?

These three seedlings came up the same day. Two are noticeably healthy and have two set of leaves. the third is half the size and struggling with one set of true leaves. The leaves on it are also look crinkled, a little deformed, and sad. I’m nursing it along exactly like the others, hoping she’ll bounce back! She is a different genetic than the other two. Conditions: Happy Frog with a little extra perlite, heat mat removed after germination, distilled water sparingly, no nutrients. Temp 77 RH 60.

Give it a week or so, it'll probably rebound.

as long as the seedling doesn't fold over and crush the stem or major leaf burn which takes the plant out before the next nodes, those little guys will be fine. as budz said i've had little guys blow up into monsters, i've also had them stay smaller side, it happens

Just noticed “ distilled water “ - stop that.
Absolutely not necessary, bagged medium is prebuffered - so use tap water.

Just like any other potted plant.
Not my tap water! That crap comes out the tap at 400ppm. Not to mention all the poisons in it I found checking my local municipalities website. Until I put in my RO system it’s gonna be distilled that measures 25-50 ppm out the jug and PH’ing always from 6.0 to 6.3.

I have seen this before. Don’t despair just yet. One of my biggest producers started out like this. Took a few weeks to hit its stride but was really potent when done. Chucked pollen on it and it’s offspring did not have the same issue

Best to add a little calmag to that distilled then.
