Im not sure i understand your question.
Once your stoned, you cant really get any higher unless you smoke more bud/hash/keif or whatever it is your smoking

Elevation is said to do ALOT.. For example ... If you live in Arkansas,or a state where theres no mountains.And u get high on a mountain for the first time in awhile, than your gaurenteed to get super high with consuming less bud than usual.
