When to harvest?

so just be clear in a week I should be able to be chopped down ?

I would wait at least another 2 weeks if these were my plants but they are reaching the final stretch. Ripening takes time; the final weeks are critical to the end product. If you want "rock-hard" nuggets 3-4 more weeks could be the window you are looking at. Wait until all those white pistils turn orange and recede back into the bud. The tops usually ripen up and harden before the lowers but that's not always the case.
