When to move them?

So i started planting my seedling about a week ago and i was planning on growing it inside and when it gets bigger i would then move it outside to finish growing. How long should i grow them indoor before moving them outside?

2-3 weeks indoors to get a good start. dont put them outside untill the last frost

water them with something that helps limit transplant shock also after you do move them... with going from indoors to outdoors the plant will be way more stressed than transplanting inside...
