When Should i put my new 2 day old seedlings into my ebb and flow?

400 W HPS Light
Turbogarden Ebb & Flow
Strain Is Nirvana White Widow

give more info about your setup.... lights, room, strain, what youre tryin to do in the big picture...

I'm running an E & F system with CocoCoir and hydroton under a 600w MH lamp. I put my seedlings under the light two days after they germed. Light was about 18" above, and I ran 6 - 15 minute floods at 1/4 nutes with no ill effects. They just turned one week old, and look pretty good.
