When should i introduce nutrients to my plants. They're about a week old, 2.5 inches tall, also what is the best type of nutrients to use for vegging, flowering in soil, and what is a good mixture to use for foliar feeding
soon, another week give em a little grow see how they like it like 70-100 ppm max. real small if they have a few sets of leaves then go small then water then wait and watch
I give my plants nutes when they are two weeks old. Havent burned on me.. yet.
I hear Fox Farms products are the best nutes you can buy. But I use Miracle Grow All Purpose and bloom booster. It works.
For foliar feeding, I do 1/4 strength for ~1 week after starting my nutes then up it to half strength the rest of the way. But if you want a sure fire foliar feeding system, use Terracycle 's products.
i use advanced grow micro and bloom. for foliar i spray with dutchmaster penitrater mixed with folitech and max fx twice a week mixed into two bottles. folitech in one and max fx in the other. penetrater is just a wetting agent
yeah i use seventh generation bio hand soap for actual soil. for folier ive never tried anything but penetrator but i dont see how it could go wrong. keep in mind penetrator does ahave a few trace things in it. i wonder if you would get the same results with just soap and max fx or folitech?
i think im going to use penetrator and folitech, talked to my local garden store guy and he said that dish soad contains isopropynol and doesn't work as well as penetrator. With foliar feeding is it necesary to use nutes on the soil as well?
Sorry to get off the subject a bit but, I'm starting the flowering stage, How soon or when do I start to give more Phosphorus and Potassium after the switch to 12/12?
