when to transplant to outside in northeast.

Wondering when the besttime is. I check the framers almanac for the weather and sunrise n sunset times , and my last frost date is April first so I'm good on that end of things, but was wondering how many hours over twelve hours of sunlight is bet to throwem outside. Is fourteen hours sun wich comes around April 20 good enough to keep em vegging? Or should I wait til mid may when threes a lil over fifteen hours sunlight ? Thatnks.in advanced

Also, I have them under 24 hours or 400w mg light, should I be using this , is that workable? Or should I turn it down to something like sixteen hours to better match the outside light cycle?

i'd think that so long as the threat of frost is gone, you should be good.. even if they started to flower with the lower amounts of day light, they will go right back to veg once the days get longer, and i don't think that they would go into flower right aways anyhoo's.. they have to get so big and reach a certain level of maturity before they will flower from what i've read..

Putting mine out at 4-20! Just for good luck! Good thing last frost came early this year. Should be an excellent year for growing!

Wait till it stays at 50 degrees for most of the day or night. I wait till easter weekend if the weather allows.
