Hi, so I transplanted my 20 day old seedlings into some 1 gallon pots a week ago and I noticed roots coming out of the drain holes in the new containers already. The growth seems to have slowed down considerably since the appearance of these roots. Will a 3 or 4 gallon pot really last through flowering if I transplant again soon? It just seems to me they get rootbound so quickly, how will tripling the size of the pot last for a couple months?
I've seen many people have larger plants in smaller pots than I'm using. Or could it be another problem causing the stunted growth? The plants look pretty healthy to me though so I'm not sure whats going on. Unfortunately I have no pictures but any help would be greatly appreciated
