which globes are best to use indoor

hi just wondering what the best globes are good to use, say something you could get from the local bunnings, i have 150w flood globes would they do or a 5w 5000k globes. newbie

thanks for your help bud, im in australia but so the company you provided charge more for the shipping then the product. Any aussie growers have some advice

I bought lots of 24w CFLs from bunnings in both the 6500k and 2700k spectrums - as a newbie, I would suggest you look into CFL growing and you will be pleased with the results you can achieve.
