Please use EC for future conversations when talking about dissolved solids. Makes life easier for everybody.

My tap water is 7.8 ph and an ec of 330. I think that is 120ppm. Lake Michigan water source.

300-500ppm tap is p hard water. Most would recommend diluting that down to 150 with ro water.

The ph should be stable after a day. Should not go up or down more than a few decimals.

Ec is the same for everybody. Ppm us just a conversion of ec.

Ok, I see! I am going to buy an RO Filter and go that route.

Just wanted to give an update on the new nutes. Have them dialed in on EC/ppm 1.7-1.8/1200-1300ppm on the older Gdp and Zkittles, the younger gdp is at about 1.2/950ppm.

House and garden saved these bad boys. The deficiencies diminished, and the ph is much more stable. I check it every morning and its right at 5.7-5.9. I have ice packs in during all hours of the day/night and the highest temp I've recorded has been 75. Major player in my ph fluctuations.

4 week Zkittlez: Topped, defoliated, and lst.
4 week Gdp: Topped week 2, fim week 3, defoliated, and lst
2 week Gdp: Will grow out 3 more nodes totaling 8 then top down to 3rd, defoliate all but 2 main shoots and manifold train til she's nice and thick.

Moved light like @Failmore said to 24" from buckets. Give or take 6-8" top of plants.

House and Garden
Nutes per 3.5/gal
37.5 ml Aqua Flakes A+B
3ml root excel (I know.. molasses, but I'd like a trial run with it atleast, it was too expensive to throw away lol).
11ml Multi-zen
6ml of Botinacare Hydrogaurd
10ml of Botinacare Calmag
8ml of Miicrobial Mass (every 2weeks)
10ml/32ounces foliage spray twice a week of Blue Planet Liquid Seaweed

The Zkittles I'm letting flower under the mh 600w bulb. Til then I'm going to be training these lushish Grand Daddy Purp plants into what I hope is Cola ridden plants.
3 weeks of neglect from General Organics in Dwc. This transformation took a little less than a week. Imagine what the right nutes would of did from week 1.

Any good nutrients you recommend switching to? I've got a great hydroponic store with a diverse selection.

Is it ok to switch nutrients during veg?
Try dutchpro nutrients, that's all I use. Part a and b . Nothing else, on a average I get 6-8 ounces per plant. And it's easy. Sometimes simpler is better I've found. Also i get 5gallon of part A and 5 gallon of part B for 228.00. Cheap and easy. Hope it helps

Thanks for the tip my friend! I will check them out. The dutch seem to have it together! I switched to House and Garden, Aqua A & B week 3 of veg. Let me tell ya.. the results were boasting at day 3 an 4 of the new h&g nutes. BUT! I'm all about saving money so when this one is done I will definitely be looking into it.

Coming to an end on the first week of flower and I'm content!
