White Powder Saga - Any HELP!!!

I have been vegging some widows for 2 weeks. They are young, but last week I noticed a white powder, UNLIKE any white powder Ive seen reported on this website. A lot of pics I see here are blotches of white, with leaf degradation. My spots are so small they cannot be seen with the naked eye, I need a magnifying glass. Also, the spots are unusual... they look like tiny tiny tiny salt crystals evenly distributed on the leaves, pretty spaced apart. What's unusual is that although Ive seen them for the past week, the white dots have not changed in numbers or size. They are the same. Also, the plants themselves are still healthy, growing, no degradation of any part of the plant yet. I'm baffled, I know theyre not bugs becaues I've inspected all the plants top to bottom. All I see are occasional black specs, which don't resemble bugs, do not move when disturbed, etc. I figured it may be fungus, but the plants seem OK and the spots have not physically changed over the course of the week, which is surprising because I thought mold grows fast (I heard up to 48hours for reproduction). So what is it???? Is it possible at all that these spots are natural and/or harmless?? If not, will neem oil fungicide do the trick? Will it be a constant maintenance issue from now on, or will fungicide get rid of it for good? I know bugs are a whole other issue in that respect.....

what u are discribing 2 me sound like
Trichomes - AKA crystals or sugar, they are tiny, mushroom-shaped capitulate glands full of THC that form on the flowering buds and bud leaves of cannabis if that dont help u then maybe do a search on trichomes

I know, pics make it easier, I will be posting them soon....
And I highly doubt 2 week old plants in vegging state will be displaying trichromes at this point. But PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong on that one, I'd love for them to be crystals!

How would you be able to tell the difference between early trichomes and mildew/fungus? I would think over time, the mildew would kill the plant and that's how you know it's fungus. But at that point I'd think it's too late, so is there any early easy way to tell apart? I will be posting a pic of my issue in an hour or two. Thanks all

Here is a pic I found online that looks exactly like the white spots I have got going. Remember, my plants are only 2 weeks old veg (i have no idea how old the plants in this anonymous pic are).

Also, in the pic above it SEEMS like there are little stalks forming underneath the dots. my plants do not have this little stalk (yet).

Those look like early trichs, but a little closer up or sharper focus might help a little more in identification. Doesn't look like mold or fungus tho'. GL HH
