Alright, my journey begins. So it started out with a conversation w/ a friend who told me he had saved all the seeds he had ever found in his bud and he could give me some. I said sure but then decided to order some and have them delivered to his house(mine is compromised:cry:) and I would give him all the bud off his bagseed plus some of mine and he agreed, so I ordered 15 WW and 15 Purps from BCSeedKing. I'm sending the money today. He gave me 2 bagseed, but I wasnt sure if they would germ because they are pretty old. Pics coming and thanks for stoppig by!!

Yes! The bagseeds both germed, 1 in 12 hours:hump:. I used a moist papertowel on top of a warm dvd player w/ a plate over it. I went to the local ACE to buy some miracle grow and found a green house seed starter. I'm hoping it works out. As for the miracle grow, i've heard it can give you a bad smoke, but Im just going to use it to start them, then i will switch when they go to my grow site. Oh, and I am also growing some peppers to make some hot sauce in the green house.

Yes! They are looking good. I woke up and one was completely open and the other was poking its head out of the soil. :hump: Those peppers are growing alot slower. They are only a day younger and have just now started to germ. Here's a pic of them at 3 days. Sorry for the poor quality, and yes they are actually very green.

Be careful when adding nutes to newly germed seeds. They don't need it it for the first few days, and make sure you only feed 1/4 strength or less until they are well established. It's very easy to burn seedlings, so keep the strength real weak.

How long did it take for the seeds to arrive?

The 2 bagseeds are coming along nicely. They are 8 days old, but we dont look as good as I think they could because it has been raining/overcast for the past week. I'm still pleased w/ their progress though. One is about 5 inches tall and the other about 4

Alright, I'm back. Well the 2 bagseed plants that my friend gave me died. I left the greenhouse lid on when it got up to 80 degrees and i opened it up and the dirt burned my finger when I touched it. On the bright side I got my order from BCSeedKing. They sent me 17 WW, 16 purps, and 11 free mango. 100% of the seeds germinated(I didnt do all of them) I used the paper towel under a plate on a warm surface method. They had just popped up from the soil. I had them on the back porch and one day I came home and the squirrels had uprooted and eaten some of them. Needless to say I was pretty pissed. I did what I could and was able to save most of them. Now I have them on the roof which is actually better becasue they get alot more sunlight. They are looking pretty good. Some of them have some weird looking leaves becasue from being uprooted, but have only been getting better. I hope all the stress doesnt casue them to go hermie. The Purps seem to be doing the best out of the three. They are the middle 2 rows and the big one in the peat pot.

Anyone, I think it might be spider mites, but I've never had this problem before so am not 100% sure.

The leaf damage looks way to big to be mites. Something is taking huge chunks off the leaf. My purps are riddled with pest damage as well, just a different kind. They aren't very resistant that's for sure.

Actually I think its nute burn, because the leaves are now turning yellow. I've transplanted them into some basic potting soil w/ no ferts added.
