what is the best way to germinate my seeds moist paper towl and plastic zip loc then put in dark place or put near light like the window area or my 600w light???? need help

germinate in dark. afterwards do not!! put them under an intense 600W light they'll die. If the 600w is all you have keep it a couple feet from the sprouts moving the light closer as they reach a height of about 6".

well my plants know are about 4'' tall how far should my light be from them??? does veg and flower stage change for light distance or dont matter right know i have my light 12'' from the top of my plants is that good or bad???

12 inches is a good height, closer the better but too close might limit the width of your coverage
just put your hand next to the top plant closest to the light, if it feels too hot for your hand it's too hot for your plants.
i got a growzilla dual 1000 watt relfector so mine is lot farther than 12 inches
veg and flower same.
