Very informative American documentary outlining both sides of the MMJ debate. Of course, there are the usual ignorant and sensational anti-MJ arguments from some "medical professionals" near the beginning of the documentary, but there is a lot of great information and testimony from patients and health care professionals for the final 3/4 or so including a closer look at various ailments and how MMJ specifically helps to manage those conditions. It's a longer watch, but there is a lot of good medical/scientific info for anyone interested in this kind of stuff:
