Why cant i post a journal?

Noob/stoned question but couldnt find the answer no where, why does it say i dont have permission when tryin to start a journal, not enough posts am guessin?

not enought posts. you need tobecome an established member first youll get it hang in there

you go into the forum you want to post a question in and click post new thread on the right hand side
