why is there no crystals/smell

i have no idea!! i would love to find that out too! i have one plant that is 1 week ahead of all the other plant sin my tent, and it does not smell as much, and has hardly no crystals, but a little bit. a shameful amount compared to the rest, but a couple here and there. ill be waiting to know what controls the stink and smell. as far as i know, it all comes out in the curing process, but that can't be all that true, there has to be some smell in the begging.

yeah foreal. i hope i dont harvest this and all and it didnt produce enough thc to get me high.. this plant i vegged 2 months from seed and am now 2 months into flower.. i really want to get something off this big sativa plant.
so does that mean its not gna be that good?...
so was your plant still danky? or took a few hits :/
uhmm it was probably like 80 in the closet but i put them outside now where its like 95 degrees+ every day i barely put them outside 2 days ago though.

I cant answer ya. BUT I was reading a thread last night and two guys had the same problem. They had a theory that their exhaust was so overpowering that it was sucking the smell right out of the plant.

This is dependent upon the pheno type. I'm assuming they are from seed. This is as normal as the difference between siblings. One brother may be a footbal star and the other may be a nerdy math whiz. A third may yet be a retard like sarah palins kids. If its that bad just try to sell it to a fool or make hash.

I agree, growroom fans blowing over the buds dilute and spread the smell. Like the difference between farting in a closed elevator and farting in an open, air-conditioned lobby. Press the buds between two fingers and inhale deeply, you'll get a very good idea of what to expect as far as taste/smell.

Out of my 8 flowering flo's from seed, I have two that smell a little vegatably and the rest have a really sweet aroma. My plants that don't smell a lot are still covered in trichs tho so I'm not worried. If the non smelly ones don't taste good either I will just make hash or sell.
