Why is this?

Can anybody tell me y my leaves are jus curling down? and i kno its not bcause it not getting enough water, bcause it is. its been lyk this befor i transplanted it into the ground. its been lyk this 4 almost a month..

any advice?

Any pics?

Drooping or Wilting might be cause by OVERwatering, how much water do you give it?

When it's a seedling you only need to water it like 1-2 times a week, then when it gets into the veg stage I would bump up the watering to 3 times a week.

stop watering as much or soil is too tight or needs some food or roots are unhealty, or ? ?/?/??

Can you tell me why i have a headache...? Without knowing some additional info you could only guess, right..... <hint>
