Why soo small HELP!!!!

My first grow and first post I need help these plants are still little they are on their 4th week i water them every other day with rain water they have a 400w mh like about 1 ft from them a fan circulates air all day in the room the temp stays about 79 with the light on my plants just look little to the other pictures that i see on here please help maybe i am over reacting but they look small to me they are all about the same size i got 6 plants i just threw 6 bagseeds in the dirt and they all came up

what nutes are you using and you should only water when soil is completley dry oh and dont use butes for about 2-3 of begginging of gorw are you doing 18-6?
 
Wow I thought mine were small.
They do look healthy but more like a few days old, not a few weeks. Where did you get your dirt?
 
they have been like this for about a week with no new growth their not as bushy as others i see could it just be the strain or what i really need some help
 
mix your backyard soil in a mixer with a little horse crap/manuer of how ever you spell it. just make sure you dont burn the roots.
 
they look hungry. Check the ph of the water it should be around 7.0, how often are you watering? the soil needs to completely dry in between waterings. Get some nutrients meant for weed. Your plants look like mine after 1 week in soil.
 
let the soil completely dry and water until you have 10% runoff. It is counterproductive to keep the soil moist all the time.
