Will pH changes kill yo plants

I just got my clones into my aerojet aeroponic system. I didn't realize that in 3 days the pH had sykrocketed. It was over 7 when I got it down to 5.8. They show a little deffencity. Will they grow out of this or are they gonners?

they do not like pH change, but you'll know if they're not going to make it. if it doesn't swing too far too often, they're usually pretty resilient

deffencity... I mean like Deficiencies. Like the nutes get locked out. I think I am fine. I can get some pics if you want. They look green in the new growth but there are those spots (like rust, dying) on the leaves. Hopefully they will pull thru. I don't really have clones to spare right now.
