Will small seeds germ?

Will small seeds germ? I thought that mature seeds were typically very dark and a decent size...as far as seeds go. Are some seeds just smaller than others?

Seed sizes differ, yeah. I wish I had more info on that, but search here because I don't have time, and I've seen a couple threads on this subject.

I have some Sweet Thai seeds that are about the size of poppy seeds. Smallest damn things I ever saw. I laughed at them when I first saw them but you should see the monsters that came out of them. It must be true that "size doesn't matter".
