just dont add mealworms or superworms make sure they are earthworms!

I think they will probably dry out between watering. And why would you need them if there are all kinds of nutes around?

Buy the redworms, they have them for sale in the spoorting goods section of your local walmart, Fishing Section

because they also help aerate the soil

Yeah worm also kill any pest that might live or nest in the dirt. Just be carefull about picking them, I dont know what red worms are but you should look up all the possible worms that dont turn into beetles!

I thought they were earthworms, thats what I was talking about, shows I dont use those kind of worms for anything else

sure. people use the castings from worms all the times so Im sure real worms would be even more beneficial like people said. Id do it but i dont want worms crawling around my closet/house. lol.
