Worms in my roots, Bubble bucket please help!

Hey guys,

I checked my roots and there are hundreds of tiny RED worms, about the size of the letter J on the screen.

Please someone help me....there are hundreds in my roots!!!!

So it seems a suitable treatment is some chlorine dioxide. I will try that, but before I do...do I need to kill them? If its not neccesarry to kill hundreds of worms I wont....so please tell me before I commit a genocide!

So i treated my roots and all the worms are dead. But now I have hundreds of dead worms in my roots!!!!

What shall I do next???
