wr bud problem?? dark/hard spots

approx 3 weeks into flower

so I've noticed this with mostly just one of my plants and only its topmost bud sites, but the buds have been turning almost brown fairly early, and there is a suprising amount of darkness in spots.

I've tried looking at this with a magnifying glass but haven't found anything.

I was originally concerned it was related to thrips I had a problem with, because I know they like buds, but now I'm just hoping its early maturing buds with resin ....

first is of the problem bud, second a normal one, very white on the same plant

alright no one has said anything. guess that's a good sign ?

i've taken a look at this problem now without the HPS on, and it looks a lot more normal.
