WTF?? 6 weeks into flowering, still no trichromes..

Using BC starter pack ( bc boost, bloom, brow, awesome blosam, thrive alive, sugar daddy) 360 watt hps conversion lamp. Regular bubbler with air wands... still no trichromes, doesnt even smell like dank yet...need advice, much appreciated.

Some plants take a little longer to show up. Give it some time and they will come. 6 weeks is kinda long time.
 
well the plant was grown under a 75w hps security light and some random cfl's. I switched it to the HID 3 weeks into flowering, I noticed the Ultra Ace conversion bulb isnt very high in the red spectrum, i though maybe this was the reason but trichromes form as long as there is 12hrs of dark right?
 
yea but shit guys theyre fuckin small huh? I see alot of other guys at 4 wks and its drippin with little crystals. oh well time will tell i s'pose
 
some strains also don't have a strong smell so you might have a strain that doesn't have a strong smell to it when flowering
 
I could be wrong about this but another expert can correct me......

you need an hps for flowering, they give off a different color spectrum, orange/red for flowering.

Try some home made co2, the recipe iis located in the grow faqs section. Good luck.

Well you dont NEED an hps but they are the best artificial sunlight light u can get for flowering make sure u have the room to vent and cool it :D
 
you don't need HPS lights for flowering, I use CFL and in 1 night I'm flowering a 2 week old clone and it has crystals all over the leafs
