Evening all. I'm a bit stuck for a solution here. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it!
I'm currently growing two Sweet Afgani Delicious plants. This is a first time project (and admittedly I am nowhere near as knowledgeable than I would like to be). The setup is indoors, currently using a 400w HPS with a reflector. No tent or other equipment involved. One is doing better than the other; taller, wider, producing more bud etc. The other is lacking a bit behind and is beginning to feature yellow spots over almost all the leaves. I have already gone through guides like Calibuzz' thread on spider mites but I'm not 100% sure if pepper spray would be a solution.
An observation I've made recently is that there are small, black flies hovering around the plants. And when picking up the pots, some fly out of the soil! I'm at a bit of a loss here... I've noticed a few tiny black specks underneath the leaves, which fly off or get squished if you brush a finger over them. Also, as you can see from the picture, there are occasional bright yellow specks on the edges of some of the leaves.
Does anyone know anything about the condition and what I can do? Pictures below.
